Lona Lawson

Creative, versatile, and passionate about her craft, Lona Lawson has been able to establish herself as a successful hairstylist and business owner over the past 24 years.

Lona’s journey started in Southern California. She attended Coba Academy and then went on to assist for 3 years at Salon Gregories, voted best salon in North America and a NAHA winner.

There she would learn advanced hair cutting, color, extensions and be introduced to the line that she uses today, Davines.

Being passionate and up to date about her craft has taken her all over the world. Lona has studied at the Davines institute, in California, Chicago, New York, Miami,Dallas and Italy. She has also studied advanced cutting at Vidal Sassoon, London, England. She credits her wide-ranging knowledge and education as the key to her success. Her analytical skills, innate creativity, and her focus on the customer experience consistently results in thoughtfully crafted flattering cuts and colors perfectly tailored to each one of her clients.

When Lona’s not at work you can find her skiing, biking, or hanging with her husband, Tuffy Lawson and there Bernese Mountain Dog, Brinks!
